Weather
The Albanian coast works from late April to late October and the Albanian Alps work from June to September. That is the whole calendar. The coast is Mediterranean and dry in high summer: Vlorë averages 30 °C in July and August with 12 mm of rain in July, which is drier than most of Greece. Tirana behind it runs hotter still, at 33 °C in August, and it is a city, so it holds the heat overnight.

The year by region: how it feels, how warm, how wet
BestWorkableToo hotCold or wetTop figure: average daily high. Below it: average rainfall for the month.
All four rows are mean daily maximum temperatures and monthly rainfall. Tirana and Shkodër are on 1991 to 2020 normals from the Deutscher Wetterdienst and NOAA. Korçë is on 1961 to 1990 normals with 1973 to 2023 rainfall, and the Vlorë box does not state its period, so read those two as the shape of the year rather than as this decade's numbers.
